The AprilAire 5822 Dehumidifier Hanging Kit is designed to suspend compatible AprilAire dehumidifiers beneath floor joists, keeping the unit elevated above the crawl space floor. Raising the dehumidifier can improve airflow, create additional slope for gravity drainage, and help protect the unit from standing water in damp environments. The kit supports up to 200 lbs and includes the hardware needed for installation.
