Pick up from whichever branch is closest to you. Same-day will-call orders can be picked up between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

We cover freight on orders of $4,000 or more shipping on standard pallets. Orders below that carry a flat $75 drop fee. Oversized or non-standard material may be priced differently — your sales representative will confirm before the order ships.

Yes. Our team will pull your order in advance and have it staged and ready on the day you need it.

Unopened material may be returned subject to a 25% restocking fee. Opened or cut material cannot be returned. We do not accept used tape or vapor barriers.

Both are quality products and the choice usually comes down to preference and job conditions. Heavier material is generally worth considering where the ground is rough or the crawl space will see regular service traffic. Both carry our lifetime guarantee and neither will off-gas.

Both constructions are reinforced — the difference is how. String-reinforced liner carries a diamond-pattern cord grid laminated between layers of polyethylene film. Coated-woven liner is built from polyethylene ribbons woven into a continuous fabric that covers the entire surface rather than a grid, then coated on both faces.

In practice, the woven construction spreads tear and puncture resistance evenly across the whole sheet, while string-reinforced products typically carry a heavier outer film, which matters most where abrasion from soil and crawl traffic is the concern. Hybrid liners combine both approaches. Your sales representative can walk you through which construction fits the job.

Overlap seams a minimum of 6 inches. We recommend WFP Pro Tape in either 7 mil or 9 mil.

We carry several roll sizes, so check the square footage listed for the specific roll you are ordering. Measure your crawl space and compare it against the roll coverage, allowing for seam overlap and waste.

Most codes require the liner to run 6 inches to 1 foot up the wall. Where it is permitted, you can carry it up to the termite inspection area — typically stopping 2 to 3 inches below the top of the wall.

Most municipalities require a 2 to 3 inch gap measured down from the top of the wall. Confirm the requirement with your local building official before you install.

Yes.

Terma Foam FR is our fire-rated board. Be sure to specify the FR product when your application requires a fire rating.

Requirements vary by climate zone, so check your local code first. Across most of our market we typically see R-10 foam board on crawl space walls.

Our Terma Foam fasteners are made for this application and are stocked in 2 inch and 2.5 inch lengths. The 2 inch fastener is sized for Terma Foam FR board; the 2.5 inch fastener is sized for the Terma Foam Eco line.

We stock several fastening guns for this work. Thermal Grip, the Terma Foam insulation gun, and Ramset-style tools all perform well.

Sizing is based on square footage. Take an accurate measurement of the space and compare it against the manufacturer's sizing recommendations. Your sales representative can help you confirm the right unit — if your space falls between two sizes, it's generally better to size up.

Yes — we recommend sealing off all vents. Terma Foam 1 inch vent blocks are a good option and are sized to seal a standard 8 by 16 inch block vent opening.

You can gravity drain if the crawl space gives you enough height to do it. Plan on a minimum of 1/4 inch of fall per foot. Where you cannot achieve that, use a condensate pump.

Flex duct is typically added when one unit needs to serve a crawl space plus an adjoining addition or area. Whichever approach you take, make sure the unit is sized for the total space it is conditioning.

Excavate down to the top of the footer. Fold the 12 inch Pro-Flow Strip Drain together and set it alongside the footer, approximately 6 inches down from the top. This yields two 6 inch drainage channels.

No. There is no gravel requirement when using Pro-Flow Strip Drain, which saves both material cost and labor on the job.

Yes. We recommend pairing the drain with a sump pump.

We stock 7, 15 and 20 gallon basins. Sizing is largely a matter of preference and job conditions.

Most 1/3 HP pumps discharge through a 1.5 inch line. Most 1/2 HP pumps discharge through a 2 inch line.

We recommend keeping the sump discharge and downspout lines separate.

We recommend terminating at least 10 feet away from the house.

Helical piles are advanced hydraulically into the ground and carry load independently of the structure. Push piers are driven using the weight of the structure itself as the reaction force.

Helicals are generally the better fit in expansive clay and where there is no weathered rock. Push piers, as an end-bearing system, work well over shallow rock and on heavier structures where you need to achieve greater lift.

As a general guideline we recommend roughly 2 feet from corners and 5 feet on center. Final spacing, depth and capacity must be determined by the engineer of record for the project.

Selection depends on the soil at the site. Across most of our territory the 8 foot and 10 foot lead sections are the most commonly used. Your engineer of record should confirm the configuration for each project.

We do not. We recommend engaging a local engineer for design and stamped drawings.

Yes. We both sell and rent drive motors, and we fabricate and set up equipment as well.

Carbon fiber is typically the right solution where the wall has moved 2 inches or less. Beyond 2 inches, a wall brace system is generally the better fit. Confirm the approach with your engineer of record.

Yes. We stock ICC-rated helical and push pier material.

Approximately 200 square feet per gallon. Actual coverage will vary with surface porosity and application method. We recommend 1 gallon of cleaner per 200 to 250 square feet, or 4 gallons (1 case) per 1,000 square feet.

Yes, YCS Pro Cleaner is EPA registered.

There is no dilution and no added water. Pour the activator into the one gallon jug, then load it into your sprayer.
